I do generally like coming here, but I found my most recent appointment a bit chaotic and rushed (probably because it was during the first week after lockdown being eased!). The therapist I had was very thorough, chatty and kind, but also quite frantic which I think made the wax a bit more painful than it needed to be. It wouldn't necessarily stop me coming back though!

After not having my eyebrows done since before lockdown and having recently moved to the area, I was wary to go to new eyebrow place. How wrong I was. Shelly instantly made me feel as ease. She was professional, kind and funny. She continuously checked I was happy with the shape and colour throughout and will be recommending her to friends!
