This is always a fantastic service. Unfortunately I’ve moved but was a customer for over 2 years and following a recent poor experience am considering travelling back once a month for my usual treatments! I cannot recommend enough for wax, brows and eyelash lift. I’ve also had massage in the past. The best service and results

Turned up 5 mins before my appointment to be told it had been moved 3 hours later as they had double booked. They tried to tell me they had rang me to confirm which they hadn’t. Disappointing given I’ve been here before with no issues.

The salon was v dirty the equipment was not sterilised before my manicure there was an Albanian lady blasting out Albanian rap on her phone and singing to it while
Doing my nails, which already chipped when I got home. The nail vanish was such bad quality. Complete waste of time and money don’t recommend it

I have had my eyelashes done here multiple times and up to the last 2 experiences have had excellent results. The 2nd to last time I was treated by a different person and was unhappy with the results (one eye looked lifted and the other side like it had barely been touched). When I went back, the other lady working there gladly redid them and they looked good again. Just back from my most recent appointment and again very unhappy with the results - there is barely a difference to when I went in!
