Disappointing bikini wax. I’ve been here many times before and always been happy but this time the wax was rushed, they didn’t put anything on the skin after to calm it, and the whole area is still sticky with wax and inflamed/irritated.

I’ve been here a few times now and never had the best experience. I had an appointment booked, they started the manicure and half way through filing my nails stopped and started working on another client. I was then left waiting for 20minutes before someone else took over. The time before they left half way through doing my nails to do a wax and I had to wait 30 minutes. They are a friendly team but the service could be better.
