The technician is always wonderful. One constructive feedback would be that I think they could pay more attention to keeping bathroom and all other areas tidier, but I get it that sometimes it can get busy and it’s difficult to keep up. Overall I’m very pleased with the services :)

Have just come home and my eyebrows a really sore and I have burns from the wax. I also don't feel like I was listened to as I asked for the tint not to be too dark as I am quite blonde and the dye is black. Very disappointing all in all.
