It took an hour and 10 mins to take off shellac (meant to take 15) and it has left me with damaged nails. I also shared a small room with a lady getting a pedicure which was awkward for both. The staff member also left us both 10mins to attend to another customer and do their treatment downstairs. They’re way overstretching themselves on how many appointments they take and the staff are effectively double or in this case triple jobbing as a result.
