Nice venue and facilities, the thermal pool has great views from the edge! Would have liked more loungers to be available in the pool area. Had to ask them to refill the water dispenser
Very relaxing in the thermal area untill people from the pool and gym came in and out quite loud the staff were really nice pleasant and helpfull the treatments included in the package we bought were great facial and back shoulder neck massage however we paid extra for a manicure and a pedicure that were extremely disapointing and they were not cheap either I was amazed I could bring a bottle to have at lunch they even took it and put it in an ice bucket and brought it to the table with glasses it was a treat for my friends special birthday a good enjoyable day all round
