Spa/treatment rooms/changing rooms/staff were excellent. Only quibble: somewhere nicer to eat & they're missing an opportunity in the little refreshment rooms: if they could extend the balcony further onto the roof! The views are amazing! To be able to sit & look is just as therapeutic!
Our spa experience was excellent value for money. The rooms were lovely and the spa facilities good. The infinity pool was amazing. Overall the food was excellent however the service left a lot to be desired. We ordered drinks that did not arrive, waited 25 mins once seated in the restauraunt to order, we're not offered extra drinks and then nearly an hour for puddings as our order went missing. Such a shame as these things could be easily rectified and do contribute to your overall experience. Would we visit again? Maybe, but we left feeling a little bit disappointed 😢X
Lovely visit to The Last Drop spa. Infinity pool was amazing. Only grumble was we could only have a dressing gown if we booked a treatment.
