Spa staff are extremely welcoming and friendly - couldn’t fault them or the spa! Great value for money and had a great experience.
The staff at the hotel it is attached to however where you are served any food as part of your deal are not quite as friendly.
I took my mother-in-law for her birthday treat and we had a lovely few hours. Our massages were very good and the relaxation room is lovely and certainly makes you feel very relaxed. The ambience is calming and tranquil. The only thing I found a little disappointing (and why I put four stars instead of five) was the hot tub. It is more like a circular bath with jets so not as comfortable to sit in as a normal hot tub, especially for older clients.
Excellent therapist, back and arm massage as part of the ‘vitamin glow’ facial was very relaxing, just the right amount of pressure applied! Also enjoyed the steam and sauna afterwards, so overall a great experience.
