The only thing that spoilt our enjoyment was a loud group of girls- it is a small space so important to make people aware it is a space for relaxation and to respect others’ need for peace.
The hot tub was a little bit awkward- there’s no space to put your legs without playing footsie with the other people in the tub!
That said we enjoyed our time there. Food in the restaurant was delicious and staff were very attentive.
I came with a friend for a lunch and treatment package, which we thought was excellent value. The spa was small so we sometimes had to wait to use facilities sometimes (especially the shower) but everything was very clean and the staff were professional and helpful. The treatments were great (especially the back massage) and we both loved lounging around in the relaxation room.
Lovely couple of hours - staff were lovely, the massage the best I’ve had and the spa facilities small but very enjoyable. My husband and I spent a wonderful couple of hours in the Vaulted Spa before a very nice afternoon tea. Felt thoroughly spoilt!
Lovely trip - very friendly staff, great massage and tasty food. Overall very good value!
