Shannon was great, very considerate of how I would style my hair on a daily basis and made sure the cut would be easy to maintain.
She even styled in a way that would make the style last another day or so without me having to retouch it.

The venue is beautiful and relaxing. Shannon is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. As it was my first time having balayage on my hair, Shannon clearly explained the process and answered all my questions about the colour and cut. I have curly dark hair and brown skin tone so it was important to get the colour right - and Shannon did an excellent job at making sure the result suited me! Everyone has been complimenting my hair non-stop; my mom has even booked an appt to get her hair done!
