First time at the Urban Rose & I had a double app with Dolly & Jade. Both were extremely lovely. Very friendly & so professional. I’m usually apprehensive when someone new does my hair & nails but Dolly gave me a such a lovely haircut & Jade gave me beautiful nails.
The 2 hours spent in the salon lifted my spirits, brightened my mood & put a smile on my face & I haven’t had that in a while! So, thank you ladies, I’m truly grateful!!

My wax was great! When I’ve had it done in previous salons I would get spots because the wax was super hot or they leave some wax on so my face would feel sticky. Jade was perfect, my skin felt smooth and great afterwards and not as red as usual.
