We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very attentive.
The treatments rooms were very relaxing and the treatments we had were relaxing.
The only down side was when we went to use the pool there was a parent and baby class in there. It was very noisy and we were unable to use the pool for two hours.
We had the afternoon tea, three course evening meal and full breakfast which were all very nice.
We would defiantly stay again.

Had a great stay for New Years eve, Spa treatments were good as was the food for tea, dinner and breakfast. The Hotel is a little tired in places and the service wasn't the fastest but it was busy so I understood why. The water wasn't very hot in our room but they knocked quite a bit off the bill so I was very happy with that. Thanks very much kind regards Paul.

We really enjoyed it but we had to wait over 20 minutes for staff to attend the desk then to be told we weren't on the system but finally got it all sorted and enjoyed our stay

Treatments were very good and the staff are great. Some of the pool area needs a little refreshing and more loungers needed. Enjoyed it and afternoon tea with prosecco is a nice touch
