I had a brilliant treatment at the urban spa hotel. The atmosphere was calm and the hotel was also lovely.

3 course evening meal was included but as 1 of the three mains had run out this was very restricted. Would have been nice to be able to have an amount of money to use against the main menu as an alternative.
Good value for money. Not plush but facilities are more than enough for a relaxing spa break with friends.
Dinner freshly prepared and delicious too.
