The hotel is dated and tired looking. The bed was springy, real uncomfortable. The room had no heating or ac. The restaurant service was not good. We even had used cutlery laid out on our breakfast table. The spa was very tried and old. There was only one massage per person as the did not have enough staff, so had to wait 50 minutes. The only good thing was the afternoon tea, which was value for money.
