The two of us that visited really enjoyed the facial, particularly the additional extra treat of hand arm and feet massage while we had our face masks on. Excellent therapists too. I'd definitely go again.

I would like to start with saying the 2 ladies Amanda and Ellie we lovely, polite and gave us a lovely couples massage. Unfortunately it can not be said for colin the owner. I made my booking with Colin over the phone for a couples swedish and hotstone 60 minute massage, an upgrade for my partner of a sports consultation and massage and an afternoon tea for two. I was told the afternoon tea for £14.95 didn't include sandwiches and if i wanted sandwiches they it would be £24.95 which seemed to be a bit pricey but I agreed to pay. Out of curiosity I then checked on the website and found that what I had asked for was being advertised for £14.95. Feeling confused I phoned again and spoke to colin again. I was told The website needed to updated that day and that it included the sandwiches but not the petite fours. Still confused I thought I would adress it on the day. On arrival I noticed there was a menu on the table which had what I was asking for, for £14.95 not £24.95. Amanda, once told, was happy to sort out the issue and agreed to refund me the difference. We were then led upstairs to a lovely couples room and got ready for our massage. Just before we started I thought I would clarify my partner was having the sports massage aswell. Unfortunately we were then told that they had seen it on the notes but the person who was qualified to do that did not work on that day and that it they were not qualified to do it themselves so they would again have to refund me money. An issue that was addressed by my self not them. The massage was lovely but thinking back now only lasted 30 minutes not 60 . The food was lovely but I don't understand what more I would of got for another £20!. The massage it self left both me and my partner lovely and relaxed but I couldn't help feeling conned and ripped off. It's a shame because it could of been a lovely experince

The hot stone massage done by Louise was just amazing. She was very patient and through! Just brilliant! It was one of the best massages I have had In a long time. Many thanks.
