Strange location put me off slightly before booking, but actually it was absolutely fine and is like a professional studio inside. Called and booked which was easy and the guy was helpful. Not to keen that we had to pay £5pp surcharge for an appt past 5pm when that was the only appt available that day, but i understand at the same time. Walked in to their little tea room and checked in via an ipad they gave us.
Went upstairs to our room, noticed near the end of our massage that our door was slightly agar which again wasnt too keen on. It really should have been shut.
But the massages were really lovely, the staff and the room was lovely
Felt very relaxed and would book again in the future.

Lovely massage as usual. Good to be able to decide with my therapist exactly how much tine was spent on where I had problems rather than a standard massage. Would have preferred the room to have been quieter
