The place was cold, noisy and disorganised. The room was cold, the hot stones were too hot. The massage didn’t flow.. because the stones had to cool down. It was an hour on your legs, feet back and arms. I felt cold and shivery after the treatment and didn’t relax at all because people were heard from downstairs and up and down the stairs and in the corridor.

although I made the booking on line & received a information by email the studio was closed when I arrived for my appointment at 3.30. I called & was told there was no booking held in their diary . I was given an apology but I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to a treat! I Sam awaiting a call back to rebook.

This was booked for a late Christmas gift for my dad, I booked Louise. Dad had travelled for this treatment and was uncomfortable with a male service. This isn’t what I had booked and would have rescheduled had we been told.
