When I first walked I wasn’t sure. The atmosphere wasn’t good I was just stared at from the back room. But once the staff to greet me, it was ok. The staff did seem unsure on what to do in the reception. The treatment was excellent. Ben was very professional and very good at his job. He also gave me advice and I have booked in for another treatment.

What a fabulous little place we will definitely be returning,myself and husband had a couples massage booked as a surprise for a birthday treat and really enjoyed the whole experience best we have had.staff were lovely,really friendly and made you feel welcome and relaxed which is a big thing as it’s so personal, they asked you constantly is the pressure ok and where did you feel you wanted more to be worked,and was keen to find out a little about you with out being to invasive.we couldn’t praise this place enough the whole thing from start to finish was fantastic that we have rebooked to do it once a month.only thing that could top this place is if they could extend and made it bigger to put in a sauna and relaxation room lols.it’s got nothing over some of these well known spa resorts.go try it yourself and as for Amanda 5 stars really isn’t enough

The staff here are lovely and very professional. I felt very relaxed after my massage! My only gripe is that I was in a room downstairs so could hear the phone ringing a lot which was a bit distracting.

The venue was fine, i booked in for a couples massage. whilst the person doing my sisters massage was friendly and polite i found the person doing my massage very rude. She did not introduce herself or anything, just went in straight in to the massage and walked out of the room at the end without mentioning that she had finished.
