Love getting my brows done with Lucy! Very relaxed atmosphere in the treatment room, she's very friendly and approachable. My eyebrows always grow out of control and she does an amazing job at shaping them! 11/10 service every time I go.

Treatments were good. Really happy with my lashes and brows were fine. However, the patch test process wasn’t clear upon booking and wasn’t mentioned at my appointment. No one asked about my skincare products before waxing, which led to a brow graze.

Wouldn't recommend, my hair grew back incredibly quickly which I've never experienced with waxing before. I was also left with a lot of irritation and swelling for many days after despite following the same routine I have done for previous waxings.
