The head massage itself was really excellent, as was Claire, she's clearly very good at what she does but the atmosphere wasn't particularly relaxing. I only had a 30 min appointment and in that time, outside of the treatment room, someone was playing their music on loud, a phone alarm was ringing for >30 seconds and someone made a call on loud speaker to customer services - I could hear it word for word!
