The atmosphere and overall experience at the treatment room was lovely, I could really relax.
Jane was really chatty and friendly which was so nice! I really enjoyed having the treatment.
Would have been helpful to have had a email explaining not to come with contact lenses in - I didn't know this and because my prescription is -7 I would have struggled to get home if it wasn't for my husband dropping my glasses off. I also had a few black marks around my eye after the treatment.

It was my first professional massage tbh, so I was a little nervous and self concious. Nicola was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and at home. The massage was wonderful. She paid attention to problem areas due to running and was very thorough. Ham strings loved it! The only problem was it had to come to an end. Thankyou! It was a great help for my achy limbs. I'll definitely come again.
