Small venue, but that did not bother me. The treatment was fantastic with such attention to detail and a very relaxing experience.

The sports massage was amazing - Sarah released tension from my back through a range of techniques. My shoulders had many knots in and around them and the massage really helped knead some of them out, Sarah also helped relax and stretch all of the back muscles so I can make more use of them. Would definitely recommend; to make you feel less stiff and more relaxed.

The sports massage keeps me going, obviously with arthritis and spinal stenosis it relaxes my muscles
