I highly recommend that anyone who has any muscle pain or injury look no further than The Therapy Zone. Sarah is such a great professional therapist. I went in with about a very restricted shoulder and once Sarah finished her assessment she got to work. After 1 session I now have almost full mobility of my shoulder and am pain free for the first time in over 6 months. Sarah is not only a great therapist but a very interesting person to talk to. I can not recommend The Therapy Zone highly enough.

Sarah was so accommodating. She did her best to make me feel relax even I had so much muscle tensions and stress. I love the massage that she done to me, actually a different style of massage which is my first time to have it but absolutely gave me comfort and satisfaction. I definitely go back for another therapy especially for spine and neck to sort out the pain. Thank you Sarahxx
