I have had sport massages before with other therapists ,but the treatment with Sharon was excellent, the best I have ever had. She was very professional and knowledgeable . Sharon took full details of my injury and how it occured, she was able to explain to me why I had got the injury and how to avoid damage in future. She worked on the problem areas ,discussed why she was working on particular muscles and tendons and suggested exercises to help .
