Sharon was great. We discussed my injury before the appointment, and she sent me the guidelines for her COVID protocols.
She wore a mask and full PPE face shield. All surfaces of the massage tables were wiped clear and then covered. I felt safe and protected throughout my treatment.
The treatment was, as in previous visits, professional, thorough and restorative. I left feeling much better then i went in, and I came away with a set of stretching activities to help with my recovery.
