The main Manorhouse was excellent we had a meal in a restaurant nighttime restaurant very cold and very slow service there was a young lad working there and he was the only one that seem to be doing anything but on the whole We had a very pleasant time pool area needs a little TLC thank you

We came to the spa on a groupon voucher and we had a lovely day. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed using the pool and Jacuzzi.We enjoyed our lunch, it was very filling! Katie and Rachel did our two treatments which were amazing so we thought it was very good value for money.

Everything was great however my Swedish body massage was more like gentle stroking when I asked for a bit more pressure she said Swedish massage is supposed to be relaxing with no pressure I have had several before and know this to be u true especially when my mother next door was getting the same treatment with applied pressure I asked what the soft foot treatment was and she advised me it was more like a pedicure, however my mother advised me that she had that treatment and it was nothing at all like a pedicure and it sounded just more like exfoliating and massaging (very disappointed as this is what I was wanting) so unsure if therapist just doesn’t like feet! My second option was a scalp massage however she didn’t actually touch my scalp until 15 minutes into a 25 minute treatment she rubbed the same area in my shoulders over and over and it started to burn, when she did so my scalp it was lovely and that was the most enjoyable part the last ten minutes so I left feeling very disappointed as been looking forward to it for months, my mother had another therapist at the same time as me and hers were brilliant she said
