Hello the treatments were nice but I was placed on a bed of wet towels which obviously hadn’t changed from the previous person. The toilets didn’t flush and were not clean and the overall place was quite mucky.

Nice break for a couple, paid for upgrade on room. Very nice however it would have been nice if in a superior room there were better toiletries including shower caps. Cannot fault staff in hotel, restaurant and spa. Only slight upset was when we were asked to settle food bill which had been paid the previous evening, a genuine mix up as someone else had charged our room number. Lovely quiet setting even on the road facing rooms.
