We had a lovely time, the spa was fab and the service at spa and hotel was excellent. The only real complaint we have is the room was very hot, we arrived on a very warm day and the heat was running which we turned off and opened the 2 small windows but it was still really warm when we retired and we did not sleep well because we were so overly warm. There was also no soap in dispenser at sink which was inconvenient.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and the facilities were great....it helped that the day was beautifully sunny and the grounds were accessable to sit in with our robes on .
The lunch was really beautiful , very good value .

Greeted by well-presented, polite and helpful staff, which boded for a good experience.
Unfortunately this was quickly dispelled when we saw the poor and unclean state of the majority of the facilities. All the floors appeared to be very dirty and in need of a good jet wash or steam clean. When the tiled floor became wet it was extremely slippy to walk on and unsafe. Throughout the full day not once were hand towels available in the female changing area to dry your hands on.
The Jacuzzi wasn’t working for the majority of the day.
The treatment given was very professional and of good value although the therapist did have to keep stopping my treatment to try to get the old fashioned CD player to work.
Lunch although very nice, with an excellent choice to suit everyone was taken across the courtyard in a different part of the building, which meant having to go outside in your robe and slippers to have your meal. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and helpful.

Good spa day, the steam room however didn’t work but apart from that was a good day with good treatments, the food was delicious!
