Great place for a spa day. All staff very welcoming and friendly and great treatment service. Lunch was delicious too. Only recommendation I would have is there needs to be more tables/seating in the pool are as it quickly fills up and there's nowhere to sit. Outside seating is available but not always the weather for it. Other than that, we really enjoyed our day and will be back.

Fantastic value for money. A warm welcome greeted us, we were quickly given an explanation of what to expect on the day. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, walking us round to the dining room, making sure we had everything we needed etc. The treatments were great and the spa ladies were lovely. Well recommend this spa day.

We arrived early lovely staff and had plenty of time in the spa and our massages were lovely! By the time we were getting out at 12 it was very busy, too busy for the amount of people in there! My shellack nails however are a massive disappointment! I had them on Sunday and by monday morning one had pealed off! By Tuesday another had pealed away too! They should last around two week mine however lasted less than 24 hours!!
I have rang to tell staff of this issue however they are yet to get back to me like they said they would!

My daughter and myself had a spa day with lunch and two treatments each. Very enjoyable would certainly go back good value excellent treatments really relaxing slept really well that night.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere the entire day. Spa facilities can become very busy throughout the day, because it's so popular. All staff we encountered had a very nice nature and down to earth so you could easily speak to them. The food that was on the menu that me and my boyfriend had to choose from wasn't a good variety as we both don't like fish and mushrooms, and there was one fish dish and two mushroom dishes. But one of the members of staff offered something else and we had the choice to have a Sunday roast and it was fantastic! Overall experience of the day was fabulous, we'll be returning in the future
