The staff were wonderfully helpful. The occasion was for a mothers day gift so we enjoyed the time we got to spend together. However the rooms and facilities were really unclear. There appeared to be bodily fluids on the beds and spa facilities were really smelly which was overall very off putting. Although we enjoyed our time there, the occasion was let down by this element

Describe your visit to The Spa at The Manor House Hotel we totally enjoyed our stay and experience at the spa and Manor House hotel the room was beautiful the food delicious and the staff were so friendly I would definitely stay here again.

The spa facilities are great however small, the staff on reception were lovely and helpful. When I went for my treatment the therapist seemed lovely but I had no interaction with her, she didn't introduce herself or ask me about myself.

It was worth the money and the treatments were good value . However , it was clear that the girls were young and not so experienced as some higher end spas . Overall an excellent day out . Could be improved by more experienced staff and longer times for treatments . Which I would happily have paid more for . Beautiful venue and good friendly staff and lovely good . Would come again and highly recommend for a value for money spa day

We had a fabulous, relaxing, pampered day and I would recommend a visit and would go again. Cleanser, moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner in the locker room/shower would have been nice. It would have been good to know the hotel and spa are separate companies and therefore drinks and extras with lunch had to be paid separately. We didn't know about the cash deposit for the robes either, luckily one of our group had cash but most people just carry a card these days therefore this information would be useful at point of booking.
