The spa treating was lovely and the staff were friendly and polite. The food was fantastic and presented well and afterwards felt relaxed. The spa its self was a little small and because there was a few people there could not use all the facilities to it full potential.

Been afew times now for the overnight stay with spa treatments. We have never been disappointed yet. Staff have always been friendly, inviting and professional. Cant be beaten on price for what we received.We will be visiting again very soon.

No organisation. Wasn't told about lunch being booked so had to sit around waiting. Staff then went on to talk unpleasant about a customer that had just made a phone call to another member staff. Not enough seating in spa itself.
