We had a really lovely relaxing day. The shoulder, neck and back massage, and a facial were top class. Very friendly and accommodating staff, lovely food and coffee. The reason I've only given 4 stars is that the spa and changing rooms are looking very very tired and worn and in need of a re-furb to brighten the drab decor. But all in all excellent value for what we paid and we really did have a fantastic day there.

Excellent stay very relaxing and excellent service from the staff, food and restaurant was second to none.
Second time of visiting the Manor house and never been disappointed.
