I have stayed at the Manor many times-So this speaks volumes. I have always found the staff to be lovely and very helpful although at times especially in the hotel there appears to be a lack of them. The rooms are fitting with the venue and the age of the building. I have enjoyed their restaurant food on several occasions but the portions can be small. Overall in my experience if you are looking for a relaxing retreat this would be the place to go

Visited the Manor House on several occasions now and always received the same standard of excellent service
I can't recall the staff members name who did my treatments but she was brilliant
I'd like to see more prominent notices of courtesy from other customers regards the use of mobile phones in the Spa.
Lunches are great value but personally a bit too heavy, more snack like options would be good

We had a Spa day wow oh her given for our Christmas present. The spa day was booked but had to be changed due to work schedule. It was rearranged for another date in the same month. We arrived excited as we hadn't experienced a spa day before. On arrival we found our treatments were not booked in for that day. As you can imagine we were very upset having travelled some distance. The spa staff were immediately apologetic and pulled out all the stops to rectify the mistake. We went for our two course lunch and later enjoyed the spa facilities. The mistake was found as we had been booked in for the following month for the treatments. So to rectify their mistake they booked us in for our spa day in April and all was well with the world again. The staff acted professionally and promptly. We enjoyed our spa day whilst on a short break after Easter and we would definitely book again to have more treatments my husband thoroughly enjoyed his massages and I was pleased with my manicure & pedicure. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make it a wonderful experience.
