We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and spa, it was very clean and a nice relaxing day.
The only thing that spoiled it, (and my wife said exactly the same), was that the masseuses did not apply enough pressure during the massages.
After about a minute of my massage I asked my masseuse to press harder. She said okay and that she would just do it as hard as she could, but there was absolutely no change in pressure at all. It was very disappointing.
We have spa visits fairly regularly and always plump for the full body massage but we came away from the massages feeling that we hadn't been massaged at all.

I was given the spamount day as a 50th birthday present it's best present I ever had. The treatments l had were brilliant. Lunch was fantastic. I certainly return. The only bit I say was the cleaning was disappointing I sat at a table near spa and noticedo the floor near the wall didn't look very clean . The other bit was ladies showers the white sealer had black mould under it this was close to shower on off taps I wouldn'tlet it put you off as it can easily be sorted by removing it given shower clean with bleach replace it and make sure it's cleaned dailywith mould shower cleaner . Otherwise I loved it

Excelent value for money . Was a bit concerned that the robes supplied weren't washed after every use as found paper in the pocket which obviously hadn't been through a washer

Not a luxurious experience. The facilities were very old and poorly maintained, which prevented me wanting to linger for long.
