From outset staff were superb, informative, helpful , polite and accommodating.! Compared to some spas it's small , slightly tired but very clean. Robes and towels were lovely. Treatments were beautifully done if not a little rushed to get next client in , and room was noisy right next to pool with old treatment table. Lovely to be taken to restaurant and 2 course meal was absolutely beautiful. Again service was fab .Would definitely recommend this offer and go back again!

Came on a wowcher .. the massage itself was good ,good depth etc , however the room and spa were tiny and in need of a re vamp,the 2 no room my friend was taken too was accessed through the room I was in via a folding door.looked quite a ramshackle affair. The changing rooms had a weird smell and flip flops weren't given out and I wasn't advised to bring them prior to arrival. The pool area was boiling !! And again very small . No loungers as short on space I suppose . All felt a bit hurried as all chairs were full of other clients .Didnt find the day very relaxing a bit dissappointed after driving for 2 hrs to come .
As I said Staff and actual treatment were goof but the surroundings and spa need an over haul .

Absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone. So relaxing and met all of my needs, will certainly be returning.

Was a lovely stay. Everything was great. The only reason for a 3* for the spa as think it's a bit small and not enough spaced out seating inside.
