Enjoyed our spa day, the staff were very helpful and collected us for treatments etc. and it wasn't too busy . Lunch was absolutely lovely , really very good quality and there was a lovely outside area to sit in. The only slight disappointment was that the spa and swimming pool was very small and a little tired but overall it was extremely good value.

Spa is a little narrow and short on space for beds, so you are waiting to get a pitch with bed or a seat. Food and treatments were excellent and overall ambience and atmosphere of Hotel is pleasant and peaceful for a relaxing day.

Went during the week. Lovely hotel: calm, great lounge, great sun trapping seating area however, in the spa needs more sun loungers instead of uncomfortable chairs. Very good staff, grand building but some TLC needed. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant but we did have breakfast. It was acceptable but could have been better by providing fresh fruit instead of tinned and fresh cooked food instead of sitting under hot plates in the kitchen.
