A lovely relaxing day! Karina was great and I really enjoyed my treatments. Left feeling very chilled.
Half term treat with a friend. The staff were very friendly and spa facilities were nice. Good value for money, we will definitely be returning for another pamper day.
Had a lovely day with my daughter. Was disappointed about lunch. I was told that I couldn’t have dinner in my robe so didn’t come for my day till 12.30 only to find dinning-room full of Peale in robes eating lunch I was not happy. Enjoyed my treatments xx
Spa receptionist was very polite, bubbly and helpful. Area was clean and peaceful. No flip flop/slipper were provided though, which we always get at other spas... so must take own foot wear! Changing room had no changing cubicles, which felt odd. Luckily we're all good friends so were comfortable putting swim wear on around each other. Surprised we couldn't have anything apart from a plastic cup of water or order cup of tea to a table in the spa itself. No relax room or quieter areas. Our therapist carried out a massage but checked her phone during the treatment (did this while all of us had treatments with her) and didn't seem to grasp anatomy of back muscles which gave me a tingly arm afterwards - perhaps extra training would help as this could be worse for other clients? Took the professionalism away from the experience. She was polite and nice though, telling us we could buy flip flops at reception when I asked.
Not a lot to relax around or entertain here, but staff great. Wouldn't return but had a nice enough few hours.

A most relaxing day with fabulous treatments. Lunch was excellent too.
