After really looking forward to a relaxing treatment I found myself very disappointed as the girl giving the treatment didn't stop talking and I didn't really feel comfortable asking her not to, I know she was only been polite but unfortunately I didn't really get chance to relax. The facility it's self was nice it would have been nice to have more sun lounges as there's only 2 there was never going to chance to use them.
Came on a twilight package in may.... later seen a Facebook post called may madness asked if we could have that offer we were refused so rang back a different day to try and book it and the receptionist said there was availability the same night for the may madness so I don't understand why we booked and paid in may but paid £25 for one treatment when we could have got strawberries and two treatments for £19 the deal should be honoured throughout the whole month of may if it's may madness!!! Also When I first Went to use the facilities there was three children there, two in the jacuzzi one in the pool, they were screaming and bombing into the pool, as I was there on a spa evening and wanted to relax I chose to go in the sauna for the first half an hour, I then had my treatment and came back and there was 6 people who without being judgmental I would say we're from the travelling community .... these people didn't move from the jacuzzi for over an hour and not one member of staff from the Manor House came by the poolside! They were swearing and shouting profanities the whole time and i didn't feel comfortable reporting them as listening to some of their conversations they didn't sound like nice people! ...... I had to go to the reception desk and ask for my prosecco that was included in my package so I wouldn't have received that if not !!! So basically I would have been far better off paying £9 for a massage and using bishop public baths because that's the atmosphere the pool and facilities had.... not a spa at all!!!!!
