Enjoyed the day overall but massage was more like a back rub. Disappointed.

It looks like this may have been nice at some point but the venue is worn and very dirty. There were no slippers available which made the walk from the upstairs treatment room disgusting on the filthy carpets since everything stuck to them after my foot treatment. There were no seats available in the spa at any point as the venue was too full. Arrival drinks were not offered and had to be asked for later on in the day. Reception staff seemed confused at what needed done. Treatments were cut short since I am pregnant so couldn't be offered the full normal treatments. We will not be back.

Fabulous day out for me and my 3 sisters - so relaxing. This is my second visit - not disappointed! Will definitely visit again.

3 ladies had a good day overall. Treatments great, staff good and pool area tidy. Changing rooms, showers and toilets need cleaning and refreshing. Lunch had good chose and well cooked. Value for day was good and would book again.

My husband and I had a fab time at spa it was a first time spa for hubby and really enjoyed his treatments
