Good value for money, reception staff friendly and helpful. However spa therapist not so friendly. Couldn't care less attitude, sullen and very rough. Never asked if the pressure was ok, felt as though I was been given a bed bath not a treatment as she was really noisy wringing out the cloths in water and banging the massage couch as she walked around it, not conducive to an ambient situation. Next day I was left with friction marks on my shoulders. I did ask for a firm massage but not to the point I was left marked. This experience spoilt what would have been an enjoyable spa day. Don't think I'll be returning

Disappointing expected a true spar day similar to that I have had yearly. Enjoyed the spa treatment but it was not value for money. Would not use this place again. Staff polite, but did not seem to know enough about what had been advertised and paid for. The voucher stated 2 x 55min treatments booked. ONLY HAD 1 x 55min treatment. The meal was inedible when we complained the waitress told us she would tell the chef. I WONDER HOW YOU CAN MAKE LETTUCE UNEATABLE BUT IT WAS AND IT HAS TURNED US BOTH OFF FISH.HAD TO HELP MYSELF TO WATER, AS THE WAITRESS WAS SO BUSY SERVING PEOPLE OUTSIDE.
