Massage and facial were very good. The beautician was professional and friendly; however, the facilities were unclean. The swimming pool tiles need a deep clean. The shower was dirty. Hair on the tray. Grimy shower door. The water didn't clear quickly due to clogging. The shower cubicle grouting looked shabby - all over the tiles. The management need to look at the facilities and cleaning supervision.

Had a lovely day and the treatments were amazing...
Would have liked more loungers as there was only 2 so didn't get chance to use them... And a healthier / better range of drinks & snacks would be a bonus.... But overall great day and super offer... Definitely visit again
