I got a deal for 2 treatments and lunch credit. I chose a back, neck and shoulder massage and a facial. Facial was lovely and relaxing, my skin felt amazing afterwards! On the other hand, my back massage could have been a little firmer (I did opt for firm on the sheet) and she seemed to concentrate on my shoulders and didn't really venture much further. For lunch, I ordered the afternoon tea however was given no choice for sandwiches, I was given plain chicken and plain ham and my scone was not cooked fully. Staff were fantastic though and couldn't do enough for us - they made the day.

First time there and wasn't dissappointed. Staff were very friendly and approachable, treatment was lovely. Food was delicious, very well set out and well worth the money. Would recommend a spa day here to anyone.

The 45 min back massage was brilliant and just what i needed. The smoothy on arrival was a nice touch and the food was lovely. This deal for £35 was worth the money. The facilities tends to feel a tad over crowded when it gets busy as theres not much room when there are alot of people. but as it was a nice day sitting on the terrace was nice.
