Enjoyable day with friendly staff. Hotel could do with a spruce up and a notice asking people not to reserve the only 2 loungers for the whole day.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, both in the spa and the restaurant. My therapist Francis was cheerful and attentive to my needs and only chatted when I spoke to her and this made feel relaxed.

The spa is looking a bit dated especially the two tiny treatment rooms. The girl doing my treatment couldn't even step out of the room while I got undressed as it backed onto the swimming pool. I was quite uncomfortable with that.
The outdoor area was lovely, the restaurant and food were delicious although obviously on a skeleton staff as we had to go to the lounge bar to find someone to get us another drink and pudding.
Suggestions: move the two treatment rooms to another part of the complex where they have more room, offer more treatments with qualified ladies not young girls and turn the trearmost rooms into one relaxation room.
The lady on reception when we booked in and served us drinks at the poolside was lovely, professiona and friendly

My Mum and I were made to very welcome. Had 2 amazing treatments, used the pool and jacuzzi and then had a delicious lunch in the restaurant. Will definitely return. Thank you 😊
