The room we stayed in was filthy (number 6) the walls covered in cobwebs, paper clip holding plug together, hair in the shower etc. Staff in the spa should leave the room to let you get changed.

The hotel was really nice but the rooms where very hot at night the toilet didnt flush properly in our room and my lamp didnt work. I was really excited about my massage as ive had quite a few stressful months my massage was meant to be half an hour i was rather annoyed as i went in for my massage at 15:58 and was out and in reception at 1620pm so we didnt get the full half an hour and this was quite disappointing as we went in a group of 4 people and our friends before us got to reception at 1530 and they were out by 1555pm well back in reception. I dont know if the massage ladies were under pressure to get through as many as they can but i wasnt happy about it. And the over thing that made me feel uncomfortable was when i was getting undressed they didnt leave the room i know this was in the information letter that they would be present but i didnt like that i find that quite intrusive and maybe they did as well but most spa you go to let you get undressed in private then come in.
