Claimed to be a "25 minute treatment" was told after this started from my appointment time but my appointment started late as the therapist was eating a packet of crisps out the back! I was then took to a treatment room past a dodgy step were I nearly broke my neck! Then the treatment didn't even last 10 minutes and when I asked why she had an attitude and said it's not my fault I'm doing what I was told surely this is false advertising because even with "consultation" walking outside and up to the therapy room undressing getting on the bed having my neck back and shoulder massage (which my neck wasn't even done) getting dressed and walking back to my car on the far end of the car park wasn't even 20 minutes!

Could do with a good steam clean on tiled floor and a bit grimey and in need of refurbishing in changing rooms.
Treatment was good but head massage could be better - she bearley put any pressure on my head. Didn't have any music playing or a towel on my legs when receiving back & shoulder massage.
Staff were pleasant.
