A lovely day, which we really enjoyed. Just a few things - 'hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival' didn't happen, so we had to eventually ask - but still didn't get any biscuits. On arrival all of the seats and beds were taking, so we had to put our things on the windowsill. Toilets in the changing rooms were unclean and lacked toilet roll and hand towels. Lunch menu was a bit bland and basic. The biggest disappointment though was my mam's treatment because of the location. She was in the room by the bottom of the pool, which isn't relaxing at all. Having a full body massage should be done in a peaceful room, however you could hear all of the noise from the pool, which really spoilt it. This room should perhaps be kept for manicures?! Such a shame and a big let down for her when I took her as a treat. However the staff were lovely and the girl who did my treatment upstairs far away from all of the chaos was fantastic!

I’ve had better spas.are room was big but every time you flushed loo are turned the tap on was very loud.and are room was next to reception so heard the phone ringing & everyone talking not good if your trying to relax.did mention it when we left but all we got was sorry about that.🤔
