It was a October deal so it was well worth s every penny but t down side was t layout of the treatment rooms not really private enough and very dim. Pool and spa room all in one but again dim dark colours not a shade I would put on for a relaxing room apart from that had a good day lunch was brilliant too

Beautiful building. The guy on the spa reception on arrival helpful, friendly, happy & welcoming. Spa area could be a lot better with a few tweaks that don’t need to cost a fortune. As therapist myself with 20 years experience the massage was below average. During the massage the hands/feet were not touched. The lower leg was not lifted during the massage. There was no cupping, needing, skin-rolling!! I paid an extra £10 each for myself & friend to have a 50 minute massage. It was only 40 mins! Did not realise this until you were back in the spa afterwards and seen the clock. Therapist also stated to my friend on walking to the massage room that she’s tired, she’d already done 4 previous massages! We had afternoon tea which was nice, although couldn’t eat it all. The spa could be so much better with the correct person in charge, rather than a let down.

The treatment was lovely the full body massage but the therapist talked all the way through, its always akward as you never know whether to talk but usually its introductions then quiet. Perhaps on the treatment form have a box to say do you want therapist to talk to you. It was still fine and I love a gossip but I didn't want to say can I please just not talk.
The spa itself was too hot, it was a humid day so I understand this doesn't help, but I just sitting on the side was hotter than normal,
Overall it is still a great price for a chill out - we will be back.

my first time at a Spar.it was a lovely exsperiance .the staff were all realy friendly and very attentive.
nothing was 2 much trouble..lunch was very nice also..i shall deffinatly be returning.
