Overall a pleasant spa day experienced by my friend and I. However the swimming pool area together with the sauna and steam room area get very hot and uncomfortable to sit at the chairs chatting with friends. This area together with the changing rooms could do with updating or freshening up by redecorating. The lockers in the ladies changing rooms require looking at as my friend struggled with the key lock and at one point could not open her locker but with a bit of persuasion we managed to unlock it. I had the same experience in the past.

Excellent day at this spa.
The was some slight confusion RE our meals; we pre ordered our 2 courses each for 12pm as our treatments were at 1pm. Sadly our starter didn't arrive until 12.30pm. The main course didn't arrive until 12.50pm, which meant we had to rush through our meal (we managed just under half) before we had to rush back over to the treatment room. We mentioned this to the staff who were excellent and provided us a discount on the meal.
Aside from the above confusion, it was a lovely day. The spa area was nice and quiet, the therapists were really friendly and the treatments were very relaxing.
Will definitely return!

Well done all round. Facilities was brilliant and the treatment was 1st class. Maybe try and bring sandwiches etc into ur snack menu
