The experience was really pleasant but the foot massage my daughter had was a quick 15 min treatment and my two treatments only lasted 35 mins when it should have been 25mins each.

Despite writing on the form i had allergies and eczema.. The products weren't checked nor was the form and i had an allergic reaction to which she had to take it all off. The treatment itself was basic, cheep products. The technician didn't leave the room for me to get unchanged or dressed again. I tripped over a wire walking in. The massage was shocking and i couldn't have the 3rd treatment I've paid for the facial as i would have had the same reaction and all their products are fragranced ! Worst spa treatments I've ever had. Basic facilities, broken benches in the steam room. dripping ceiling from lack of vents so damp. Not maintained or managed well. Refund not given had to put it all in writing.
