Booked a groupon offer via hotel for a joint birthday treat.
On arrival to spa, it was full to the brim with no seating, however this eased off after a short while and we were able to get some seats. 😊
On busy days more seating or better time spacing if treatments may help with this issue.
We also had a few issues with booking lunch, as all allocated spaces had been used, but the staff soon rectified this with allowing us a later lunch.
The facilities are a little dated, and the pool could have been warmer on the day, but overall both myself and my cousin had a lovely relaxing day, and would certainly go back again.
I would like to thank Karina (therapist) for the lovely treatments and ambience she created.

Absolutely lovely venue. Very organised which meant we could male the most of the spa facilities whilst waiting to have our treatments. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the facilities are rather tired. The treatments are basic and rushed, therefore not relaxing. There are no beds to lie on. Guessing, you get what you pay for!
